Questions you might have

What counts as a proposal?: One document you are writing towards one deadline, however many times you redraft it. Rewriting a section, running the reviewer, gathering evidence again and re-answering the gap register all cost nothing extra — the work that makes a proposal good should never be the work you ration.
What happens when the free proposal is finished?: It stays yours. You can read it, export it and keep working on it. Starting a second one is where a plan begins, and the export is a Word file you own either way.
Do you take a percentage of grants we win?: No. Never have, never will. A tool that took a cut of your funding would have an interest in you applying for more rather than applying well, and you would be right not to trust the drafts it gave you.
Can we use our own model key?: Yes, on Team and Consortium. Some organisations have data-residency requirements or an existing agreement with a provider, and this keeps the text inside that arrangement. It is a control feature rather than a cheaper tier.
Is there a reduced rate for national and local NGOs?: Yes, and you do not have to make a case for it. Write to us with the country you work in and we will apply it.
Can award tracking go in the grant budget?: That is what it is designed for. It is an M&E cost for a specific award, it runs for the life of that award, and it is priced per award so it can sit on one project's budget line rather than being spread across your overhead.
